We send you a written proposal and a first visual version of your project.

Decision
We answer your questions and you decide. If it's a yes, we agree on a start date.
After launch, we stay by your side: maintenance, monthly improvements and, when it makes sense, automations or an AI assistant.

How long does a project take?
It depends on what we do: an essential logo takes 7 to 10 days; a complete identity, 2 to 3 weeks; full branding, 3 to 4 weeks. A landing page is ready in 7 to 10 days, a strategic landing page in 2 to 3 weeks, and a full website in 4 to 6 weeks. We confirm the exact timeline in the proposal.
How do I pay?
- Branding: 50% at the start and 50% on delivery.
- Landing page and strategic landing page: 50% when you accept the proposal and 50% before launch.
- Full website: 40% on acceptance, 30% when you approve the design and 30% before launch.
- Social media content: paid at the start of each month.
Do you work with businesses in other countries?
Yes, remotely, with clients in Europe and Latin America. The whole process is done at a distance: calls, reviews and deliveries.
What do I need to have ready to start?
Nothing in particular. In the diagnosis we see what you have and what's missing. If you choose the landing page, you provide the copy and we review it; for the other plans, we write it.
What happens after launch?
You get a 2-week guarantee: if something fails on our side, we fix it at no cost. After that you can add a monthly maintenance plan so your website keeps working and improving. Plans have a minimum term of 3 months and then continue month to month.
Does AI do the design?
No. We use artificial intelligence to explore faster and so your business can answer enquiries at any time. The strategy, the visual judgement and your brand's voice are decided by a person.
